What C22K Is
C22K is a domain marketplace. Sellers list domains for sale; each listing is hosted directly on the domain itself. Buyers purchase domains through a secure escrow process via Escrow.com. We facilitate the transaction and DNS transfer.
Seller Terms
You must own or have the right to sell any domain you list
By listing a domain you authorise us to host a for-sale landing page on that domain via Cloudflare DNS
Asking prices must be accurate and in good faith
We charge a 5% commission on completed sales. You receive 95% of the sale price after Escrow.com fees
You are responsible for completing the domain transfer to the buyer once payment clears
We reserve the right to remove listings that are fraudulent, infringing, or violate these terms
Buyer Terms
All sales are final once a domain transfer is completed
Payment is held in escrow by Escrow.com until the domain transfer is confirmed. Refund terms are governed by Escrow.com's escrow agreement
You are responsible for any costs associated with managing the domain after transfer
Prohibited Use
Listing domains you do not own
Listing domains involved in trademark disputes or cybersquatting
Artificially inflating visit statistics
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of Liability
C22K is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from failed transfers, inaccurate traffic data, or third-party service outages (Escrow.com, Cloudflare, Google). Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the commission we received on the relevant transaction.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, contact us at hello@c22k.com and we will mediate in good faith.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
